Enterprise groupware is overkill. Just $1 per person, per month — your AI assistant reads receipts for you and gives every document a first-pass review.

Comparison
How is this different from traditional groupware approval?
Instead of squeezing an enterprise system into a small organization, we built this from day one only for small teams.

Core features
Enterprise-grade approval features, sized for exactly what you need
We stripped away everything except what organizations under 50 people actually use — and what's left doesn't fall short of enterprise systems. Even complex approval structures are just a few clicks to set up.
Advanced chains too (department-head approval, amount-based sign-off)
Route to the relevant department head when a team member submits, chain multiple department heads, or set final sign-off by amount tier — even complex approval chains are fully supported.
Excel and PDF downloads
Download approval records as Excel for your books, or as PDF for recordkeeping and audit response. (The moment a document is approved, it's automatically turned into a permanent PDF exactly as approved.)
Payment handling
Something traditional groupware doesn't offer. Once a payment is approved, the remittance details can be copied straight to the clipboard, so finance can paste them into a banking app and transfer funds in seconds.
5-language support and foreign currency
Supports English, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese, so multinational teams are covered. Foreign-currency receipts are read by AI and auto-converted using the ECB reference rate.
Works in the browser or as an app
Use it right away in a phone or PC browser with nothing to install, or install it as a phone app if you'd rather. Share a single link and members can join, draft, and approve — all inside it.
Secure by design
Members log in with a one-time code sent by email — no passwords are ever stored. Each organization's data is kept fully separate, and all traffic is encrypted. Everything is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, trusted by enterprises worldwide.
Automatic net/VAT split on receipts
When a receipt itemizes the pre-tax amount and VAT separately, AI reads both alongside the total. If it isn't printed, the field is left blank instead of being estimated from a tax rate — accounting finalizes it later. Works the same way for Korean VAT, Japanese consumption tax, Chinese VAT, and European VAT, wherever a receipt shows a net + tax breakdown.
Your receipts never train AI models
Receipt scanning runs on Google's paid-tier Gemini API, so uploaded receipt images and recognition results are never used to train AI models. They're logged briefly only to prevent abuse, then deleted — and for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, this guarantee applies regardless of plan.
Pricing
$10/month for up to 10 users. $1 per user after that
We didn't lock features behind a higher tier. AI receipt recognition, AI cross-checking, amount-based approval chains — all included from day one.

Up to 10 users, it's a flat $10/month regardless of size. Past 10 users, each additional user adds $1/month. Domestic Korean card billing: ₩10,000/month (up to 10 users), then ₩1,000 per additional user.

Small headcount, but the books still have to be right
Enterprise groupware is overkill for a few dozen people. But holding it all together with spreadsheets and group chats leaves too many gaps in the record. This is built for what's in between.
Startups & early-stage companies
Build the spending record investors and tax filings require automatically — no dedicated ops hire needed. Adding people only adds $1 each.
Early-stage startupsJust incorporatedOne-person finance team
Nonprofits & associations
Transparency in how donations and program funds are spent is what earns trust. A sealed PDF with the full approval history and receipts is generated automatically, ready for audits and year-end reports.
How offerings are spent needs to be explainable to your congregation. Approval chains by ministry or department, plus approval rules by amount, carry over exactly as your organization already runs.
Even when the president or secretary changes every year, the record stays in the system. A new officer can pick up last term's spending and approval history without missing a beat.
A good fit for clinics, pharmacies, academies, and law or accounting firms — small teams with frequent expenses and a real need to keep receipts. Can also run as simply as one approval step by the director.
It's a flat $10/month for up to 10 users, and past that, each additional user adds $1/month. That's $20/month for 20 users, $50/month for 50. (Domestic Korean card billing: ₩10,000 / ₩1,000.)
Members you've deactivated (e.g. people who've left) aren't billed, so the price drops automatically when someone leaves.
Is AI only available on a higher plan?
No — there are no plan tiers at all. AI receipt recognition, AI cross-checking, and every other feature work exactly the same whether you have 10 people or 50. There's no extra charge based on AI usage either.
If AI misreads a receipt, does it get approved as-is?
No. Whatever AI reads is never saved directly — it's shown on a confirmation screen first. A person reviews the date, item, amount, and description, corrects anything if needed, and only then confirms it as a line item.
Can an approved document be quietly edited later?
No. The moment a document is approved, it's automatically turned into a permanent PDF exactly as approved — after that, no one, not the requester, the approver, or an admin, has any way to edit it.
Do I need to install anything? Does it work on a phone?
No installation needed. Use it directly in a web browser, and on iPhone or Android you can add it to your home screen to use it like an app (PWA). Both taking a receipt photo and approving a document are designed to work entirely from a phone.
How long does setup take?
The moment you sign up, your workspace is created with 5 commonly used document types and a default approval chain already set up, so you can submit your first document right away. Members join by invite link or a bulk Excel upload.
What happens to my data after the free trial ends?
The 1-month free trial starts without a credit card, so nothing is ever billed automatically if you do nothing. Any documents and PDFs created during the trial are kept as-is, and you can simply keep using them if you decide to continue.
Can I install clickOK like an app?
Yes — no app store needed. Install it as a PWA by adding it to your home screen: on iPhone, tap Share → Add to Home Screen in Safari; on Android/PC, tap the install button your browser shows. Once installed, it launches instantly from a home-screen icon like a native app — and on iPhone, this install step is required to receive push notifications.
How do I get notified when a document needs my approval?
After signing in, allow notifications when your browser asks, and they turn on automatically. On iPhone, web push only works once the app is installed to your home screen (an Apple platform requirement) — install it first using the steps above. On Android and desktop, notifications work directly in the browser with no install needed.
Can I only access clickOK through an invite link?
If you're not yet registered as a member of your organization, you'll need to join first using the invite link your admin sends. Once you're a registered member, you can sign in directly at clickok.app or [organization].clickok.app without needing the invite link. If you install it to your home screen as an app, your sign-in stays saved so you can open it instantly without logging in each time.
The receipt you upload today becomes next year's audit evidence
